Ciena Healthcare has a comprehensive Compliance Program, under the direction of the Ciena Compliance Officer, to ensure and monitor compliance of our Centers and organization with state and federal regulations, Ciena policies and the Code of Conduct. The cornerstones of our Compliance Program are development of standards and policies, ongoing education, auditing and monitoring functions, a Concern Resolution Hotline to communicate compliance concerns directly or anonymously and a prohibition from retaliating against those who raise compliance concerns.
